$169 for photographing or creating a Matterport tour of ANY size house?

   That's right, up to 3,000 sqft. I want to be your imaging service provider, and with prices and quality like these, we think you'll want to come back again and again. 

What if the weather is bad on the day of my scheduled shoot?

   The only time we can't shoot exteriors of a home is when it is raining moderately heavy (or worse), or if it is snowing at all. Interiors are a different matter; they can be shot in almost any weather. If the weather doesn't permit exterior shots, there is a fee of $29 to return to the property, if it is in the immediate area. If you like, you can certainly reschedule for a better day to save that fee; see my policy on rescheduling below.

What is your policy on rescheduling, cancelling, homes not ready, or no-shows?

   We certainly understand that "stuff happens." If you need to reschedule a shoot you had planned for  tomorrow, there is no fee associated with that, even if it's the day of the shoot, you can even cancel, again, no fee. However, if we arrive at the property, and the property is not ready - that is, work is still going on to get it ready, and it's going to take at least a half-hour, then the home isn't ready to be shot.

   Please understand we usually have customers right after you, and we don't want to be late for their appointment because of this; we reserve the right to asses a $50 fee for this time.  If we arrive, and no one is there, and there is no access for us to shoot, there is also $50 fee. Please understand, we want to shoot on time - for you, and for our other clients, so please have your seller ready. I've created this very handy checklist to help them; feel free to download it and share with them!

Do you have to have a special app for a buyer to use the Matterport tour?

   No. The Matterport tour works on all devices - desktop, laptop, tablet, phone - regardless of operating system (Windows, Mac, IOS, Android, etc).

Are you available in my area?

   I go just about anywhere. If over 30 miles, one way, from Victor, NY an additional fee applies. First 30 total miles are FREE! If you are located a substantial distance, please contact me and let me know where you are and we will give you a discounted price.

Tell me more about your indoor photos.

   Indoor photos are taken using a high-quality DSLR, utilizing a tripod, super-wide angle lens, and off-camera flash units. Any minor Photoshop retouching is done for free. Photos delivered to you in the standard MLS size of 1024 x 768, so you don't even need to resize!

I'd like to know more about virtual staging.

   Virtual staging is an amazing new technology coming onto the real estate imaging scene. I take photos of empty rooms you'd like to stage from a listing, and using specialty software, add furniture, rugs, plants, wall art, chairs, tables, beds - whatever the scene calls for. The resulting photo is difficult to tell from reality - you're potential buyers will never know! Why spend thousands on a real staging, if you're only going to use it for photos?

How long does it take do create the Matterport tour or take photos?

   On an average 2,500 SqFt home, a Matterport tour would take only about an hour, and about the same time for photos. If you wanted both services, allow about 1.5 hrs.

How long is the Matterport tour available online?

   Tours are automatically archived once the home is sold or you no longer have a contract with the seller. If you have a "legacy" space - you want the tour up indefinitely; you will be requited to have your own hosting account with Matterport. I do not provide indefinite hosting. A starter hosting plan with Matterport is $10 per month.
